Representing craftspeople from Maine and all over the world since 1987, we show splendid examples of contemporary pottery, blown glass, wood furniture and accessories, fiber, forged iron, jewelry, paper, and mixed media. Work of more than 100 artists, selected by Gallery owner Sue Wilmot, is on exhibit all summer. Although the Blue Heron is known for its fine collection of functional ceramics, the gallery also features the work of Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and Penland School of Crafts faculty.
