While her son, Sam Kaler is cooking up your meal in the kitchen, her husband Dan might show you how to put a lobster to sleep or offer to take you out in his boat the Hunky Dory where you'll learn to haul lobster traps. If your visit happens to coincide with high tide, you'll even have a chance to participate in a Kaler's tradition of ringing in the tide. Kaler's Crab and Lobster House welcomes large groups and families. We serve great seafood at affordable prices. Our menu provides a large selection of fresh, delicious seafood guaranteed to please any seafood lover. A few of our specialties are Sally's Crab Dip-a local favorite, Lobster Pie-a traditional dish, and Fried Lobster-dipped in butter, not for the feint of heart! Of course, you can always order up a simple meal of lobster or crab legs with steamed mussels and an ear of corn.
