But it's just a short wait for the bridge to close and then a few minutes drive to Cozy Harbor on Southport Island, one of the most charming and unspoiled harbors along the Maine Coast. The turn-of-the century cottage sits at the head of Cozy Harbor providing a panoramic view in a private setting. Through the picture window, young sailors and seasoned fishermen meander past. Lobster boats chug by the property on the rising tide. Great blue herons, osprey and the occasional bald eagle all visit the harbor.There is a small kitchen and bathroom on the first floor along with a larger dining/living room that overlooks the harbor.
